UK COSTUMERS
A mandatory 20% VAT tax will be added at checkout. Please, do email us requesting a VAT invoice if it's needed for your records.

EU COSTUMERS
As an effort to make your shopping experience the best we can, we are trialling a system where EU customers will have their respective country's VAT rate added at checkout. This way, the price you see is the price you pay with no last-minute surprises.
Please, do let us know your feedback on the system.

NON-UK and NON-EU COSTUMERS
At this time, we do NOT have the ability to calculate and collect duties and import taxes at checkout. You will be contacted by the shipping carrier for this additional payment once your package reaches the border destination. Please be aware that your order purchase price does not reflect these fees and is only the price for the items you are purchasing. The buyer has sole responsibility for paying for these charges.

UK COSTUMERS
We will endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible, please do let us know if you are in a hurry as we understand the last-minute nature of the TV/Film industry. We use UPS-tracked shipping services, for mainland UK parcels usually take 24-48 hours to reach their destination. Your order may take 5-7 working days to arrive between fulfilment and shipping.

If you are based within the M25 area, we can arrange same-day shipping or collection for an extra charge, please do get in touch.

NON-UK COSTUMERS
We will endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible, please do let us know if you are in a hurry. We use UPS-tracked shipping services and your order will ship in the fastest shipping option. Your order may take 7-9 working days to arrive between fulfilment and shipping.
